Therapy for College Students & young adults
Support for Navigating Life’s Next Chapter
The transition into adulthood can feel overwhelming. Many young adults find themselves managing anxiety, uncertainty, and pressure while trying to figure out who they are and what comes next.
I work with young adults to navigate life transitions, build confidence, and develop a stronger sense of direction. Whether you are facing academic stress, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck or unsure, therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity.
My work is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and practical support. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT-informed skills, and insight-oriented therapy, to help clients better understand patterns, manage emotions, and make meaningful changes.
Together, we focus on both insight and action — helping you feel more grounded, capable, and confident in your daily life.
We begin with a brief consultation to answer questions and determine fit.
From there, sessions typically occur weekly and provide a consistent, confidential space to:
-
Process emotions
-
Build coping skills

Strengthen self-awareness
-
Navigate relationships and decisions
